He served as the Principal of Shivraj College of Pharmacy, Gadhinglaj, and holds a postgraduate degree and Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

His research portfolio includes 5 patents, 3 copyrights, 5 books or book chapters, and 40 research papers published in reputed national and international journals. He has guided 13 postgraduate and 2 Ph.D. students and has received two research grants from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, along with a grant from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere.

Dr. Manisha Rahul Jadhav is an experienced academician, researcher, and pharmaceutical product development professional. She worked as the Head of Department at Shivraj College of Pharmacy, Gadhinglaj, and holds a postgraduate degree and Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

She brings more than 18 years of experience in teaching, administration, research, industry, pharmaceutical product development, and health-related products. Her achievements include 3 patents, 1 copyright, 3 books or book chapters, and 10 research papers published in national and international journals.

She also comes from an agricultural background and has 25 years of farming experience.
